During a routine inspection
The provider ensured there were a variety of activities available and people were encouraged to participate in events at the local community centre.
We saw staff at the home were respectful and courteous to people who lived there. Staff encouraged people to be independent and were knowledgeable about their requirements.
We saw the home was clean and had a regular cleaning schedule in place.
We saw people's records were detailed and held relevant information, like visits from GPs, chiropodists and nurses.
Care plans were individual and person centred ensuring appropriate levels of care were provided.
