During a routine inspection

People spoken to said that they were happy in the home and that the staff were kind and caring. They discussed their care with the staff, who in return, provided care in the way that they wanted it. They felt safe and were confident that the manager and staff would do everything possible to ensure their safety. They were given the opportunity to make comments about the service provided.
