During a routine inspection

People said that the staff were encouraging, approachable, friendly, and supportive. They expressed confidence in the programme, and said that they had been given good information about what to expect, and their own responsibilities in regards to their treatment. They stated that they were pleased with the trust given to them, and found the home to be a place where they felt respected and assisted with their personal development. They were committed to the programme to help them to develop a new lifestyle without alcohol or substance misuse. A person who had completed a programme said in a survey that "it was the hardest but most worthwhile six months of my life".
