During a routine inspection
People were satisfied with the quality of their care and treatment and we were told that each person had an individual treatment plan.
People using the service were kept safe from foreseeable emergencies. Emergency equipment was available and staff were trained in resuscitation and life support measures. Equipment was used and maintained appropriately. Staff were trained in the appropriate use of the equipment.
People who used the service had their medical records held on a secure database and there was a procedure that allowed for the secure transfer of paper records between the consulting rooms and the clinic.
