During a routine inspection

People we spoke with said they were very satisfied with the service they received. Comments include 'it's all worked out a treat. It's been brilliant. They're (care workers) more like friends'. Another person told us ' The carers are excellent. Nothing's any trouble. Whatever I ask, they'll do it'. The third person was equally satisfied, saying 'I trust them, (care staff). They know what to do'.

One person though told us they were very worried because their contract was coming to an end and they were worried that the care staff employed by their new service provider wouldn't understand what sort of help they needed.
