During a routine inspection

There is currently only one person living at Willow Lodge, who mostly communicates non-verbally. We met this person who showed many signs of well being: he was smiling and humming and had a relaxed body posture and a positive mood state. He responded confidently to questions asked of him and coped well with meeting someone new. His interactions with staff showed us he was comfortable with them, and trusted them. We have included comments from his relative throughout the report where appropriate.
