London Office (HQ) is a domiciliary care agency. It is registered to provide personal care to adults and/or children living in their own homes. At the time of our assessment, 1 person was using the service.

This was the first assessment of the service, which is currently unrated. The service was registered on 11 July 2022 but nobody was supported with the regulated activity until 22 February 2024. This assessment started 19 February and ended 8 April 2025. It was completed remotely and we did not undertake a site visit of the office. We were not able to gather sufficient evidence from this assessment to score all of the quality statements, so the service remains unrated.

The registered manager, who is also the nominated individual, was the only person working within the service. They provided personal care and support to 1 person for 2 hours a week; 1 hour on Saturdays and 1 hour on Sundays. Two other care agencies provided the required care and support for the remainder of the week. The person being supported was very independent and maintained full control of the design and delivery of their care package.

The registered manager demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of the systems and processes that were required to provide a safe service. They had compiled care plans and risk assessments for the person they supported and understood the principles of providing person centred care. The registered manager had also completed appropriate training to ensure the care they delivered met the current person’s needs, as well as any new people who may start using the service.

We expect health and social care providers to guarantee people with a learning disability and autistic people respect, equality, dignity, choices and independence and good access to local communities that most people take for granted. ‘Right support, right care, right culture’ is the guidance CQC follows to make assessments and judgements about services supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and providers must have regard to it.
