During a routine inspection

People told us that they had been involved in planing thier care and they were entirely satisfied with their care and support from the agency. They siad they felt safe using the service. People and relatives told us staff were polite, reliable, kind and caring. They said that staff had the skills to do their jobs well and thought they were well trained. People told us they were asked if they were happy with the service and confirmed managers from the agency had visited them to ask about the standard of care being provided.
