During an inspection in response to concerns

The four people we contacted as part of this review expressed satisfaction with the service they receive. They told us that they found the agency to be efficient, reliable and punctual. People reported that they had formed positive relationships with their care workers and felt that there was good communication from the agency in relation to their visits. They told us that the agency provided a flexible service which met their needs and responded to their individual preferences.

We heard that people had confidence in their care workers' ability to meet their requirements and while they received support from a number of different care workers this was not a problem for them as they had got to know all the people who visited.
