Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only Accommodate a maximum of 24 service users at Oval House.

The registered provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at Oval House.

The registered provider must not provide accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care in a specialist service to people whose presenting need for care or support is as a direct result of the person’s learning disability and or autism at or from Oval House.
