During a routine inspection

One Commissioner of services commented 'A very professional, well organised service which I would highly recommend'. One relative comments 'The Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust has given us our son back'. One person using the service said 'I am treated with dignity by the staff'

One Commissioner of services says 'I am pleased that the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Trust provides opportunities for service users to progress with rehabilitation into supported living environments'. One relatives says ' BIRT gave them peace of mind at a time when it was much needed by the whole family'.

One person using the services says 'I'm happy with all the help given to me by staff'

One person using the service says 'Thank you to everyone for all that they have done for them'.

One relative says, 'The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. They always have time to listen and give you their full attention'.

People using the service say , 'I am treated with dignity by the staff' , 'I'm happy with all the help given to me by staff' and 'Thank you to everyone for all that they have done for me'.

The views of people using the service and those of their relatives in the 2011 Quality Assurance Report shows they continue to be very happy with the services provided.

One service user says 'I am settled into my room and my new lifestyle and I am pleased to say I love it. Moreover, I'm moving onto my next step of living independently in my own house'
