Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

No later than seven days after this condition comes into effect, the registered provider must undertake an infection control audit of the premises and send a report of your findings and actions taken to the Care Quality Commission.

No later than seven days after this condition comes into effect, the registered provider must undertake a fire safety audit of the premises and send a report of your findings and actions taken to the Care Quality Commission.

No later than seven days after this condition comes into effect, the registered provider must undertake an environmental risk audit of the premises and send a report of your findings and actions taken to the Care Quality Commission.

No later than seven days after this condition comes into effect, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report confirming how the existing governance arrangements have been strengthened at provider and manager level.

No later than seven days after this condition comes into effect, and then the first Monday of every month thereafter, with regard to those audits identified as being necessary, the registered provider must send to the Care Quality Commission a report outlining their audit findings. The report must summarise the audit findings, detail the improvement actions to be taken, who is responsible for them and the timescale for improvements to be made. The report must include details of actions taken to ensure that all areas have been addressed.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must not provide nursing care under accommodation for persons who require nursing or personal care at St Andrews House.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 35 service users at St Andrews House.
