During a routine inspection
We were told that people rated their care workers highly and had built up positive relationships with them. Care workers were flexible and reliable, we were told, and always pleasant and respectful. Comments included, "The lasses are smashing!" and, "They're brilliant, I wouldn't want anyone else". Another person commented, "The service is out of this world".
People felt involved in the planning of their care and felt able to ask for any necessary changes to their care plans.
People told us that their care workers respected and maintained their privacy, dignity and independence.
People told us that they had confidence in their care workers and felt safe when they were around.
No complaints were received, and we were told that any issues raised were quickly sorted out by the office.
