Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The registered provider must review the current quality assurance systems and governance in place. Within 14 days of the conditions taking effect, the registered provider must conduct audits of the following to ensure the effective monitoring of safety, quality and outcomes for all service users:
a. All service user care plans
b. All service user risk assessments
c. All service user daily care records including food and fluid records
d. All service user weights
e. All service user MAR charts and associated medicines records
f. All service user mental capacity assessments and associated best interest decisions

On the first working day of each month after the conditions take effect, the registered provider must send to the Commission a report outlining their audit findings. The report should detail the improvement actions that have been or will be completed, who is responsible for them and the timescale in which the action will be taken.

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 38 service users at St James�s Lodge.
