During a routine inspection

People had detailed care plans relating to all aspects of their care needs. They contained a good level of information setting out exactly how each person should be supported to ensure their needs were met. In each of the care plans we reviewed we saw that people had been consulted on their care and signed to give consent to the care and treatment they received.

We spoke with one person who used the service and one relative of a person that used the service. Both of the people we spoke to told us they were happy with the care and treatment they/their relative received. One person told us; "I am well looked after." Another person commented; "Staff here are lovely and do a great job. I would be lost without them."

We spoke with a relative as part of our inspection, this person told us that staff were punctual and reliable and the quality of the service was excellent. We also asked people who used the service if they felt confident to raise any concerns they had about their care and support. People we spoke to told us they would speak to staff should they have any concerns.

During a routine inspection

As part of our inspection we spoke with four people who received support form the agency or with their relatives. We also spoke with nine members of staff who carried out different roles within the agency.

One relative told us they were, 'Very, very pleased' with the support they had received from the agency. Everyone we spoke with told us that they had had confidence in the staff team, they had been provided with a consistent service and that in their opinion staff had the skills to support people safely and well.

People told us that they had regularly had contact with senior staff and would have had confidence to raise any concerns that had arisen. One relative told us they had found staff, 'Very responsible'.

Everyone we spoke with told us staff had treated people with respect and had listened to and acted on their views.
