People made good coments about the service and the staff. They thought their home was very good and they are well supported by staff.

During a routine inspection

Overall people made positive comments about the service and described standards within the home as 'very good'. Comments also included 'staff are excellent', 'kind', 'the manager is approachable' 'the manager provides leadership and guidance', 'it is home from home, my mum has all her own furniture and things around her', they are 'well looked after, content and it's like one big happy family.' One visitor said that because their relative had been able to bring in their own furniture, this had helped their relative to settle and gave a 'home from home' feel to their room. Another visitor commented on how clean the premises were and that staff worked hard to make sure that unpleasant odours were dealt with quickly. One relative said I 'can't fault the staff and the home.' and that people were listened to when raising matters with the staff.
