During a routine inspection

People told us that they found Ponteland Manor a good place to live. One person said 'It is not my own home, but it is the best I could have to support me now.' Positive comments were made by the people living in the home about the care and support they received. People said they liked the staff and found them helpful, friendly and patient. One person said that staff were always cheerful and had a kind word. They said that the food was good and that there was always a choice.
