All inspections: Iceni House - Care Quality Commission

Throughout this visit we found that people were happy with the service provided. Some people were unable to tell us how they felt but observations seen and the body language noted showed us relaxed and happy people. Comments such as, 'they are quick to respond,' we have plenty of choices,' 'food is OK,' and 'I have no complaints,' are just some of the comments mentioned.

The people who use the service and staff who offer the care to these people had nothing but praise for the home. People told us the staff are 'good and kind to us' and how much they like living there. People who were unable to tell us in their own words expressed their opinions by nods and smiles.

The staff who work in the home told us of the improved staff morale helped by the supportive manager they now have who listens and acts to help them improve the quality of care offered to the people who live at Iceni House.
