During a routine inspection

We spoke to people who lived in the home. They told us that they were able to make decisions about their care and support. People told us that they felt the staff were kind and supportive. One person said that he found that the staff were always pleasant and were aware of the support he needed. People said that there were enough staff. They said that they felt able to talk to staff if they had any concerns about anything and they were satisfied that their concerns would be taken seriously.
