During a routine inspection

We spoke to three people who used the service and looked at feedback received by the clinic in response to satisfaction survey questionnaires. People were happy with the service they received. They said that they were given clear information about their treatment and given opportunities to ask questions. They said that the service was efficiently run and convenient. They praised the staff who treated them with courtesy and care. They said that staff did everything possible to make their experience as comfortable as possible and to ease their anxiety.
