One person said they had come to look around the home before they decided to move in. They confirmed they had received all the information they needed, to help them make the decision to move into the home.

Three people said that staff were kind and caring and always polite and respectful towards them.

People spoken with did not know they had a plan of care in place; however they all felt staff knew what they liked and how they preferred to be supported. They all said their needs were met.
