During a routine inspection
People told us they felt safe at the home and felt they could approach the manager with any concerns and that these would be taken seriously.
People told us they thought the home was very clean and tidy. One person told us that the domestic cleaned their room every week. One relative told us there were never any unpleasant smells and the home was always clean and tidy.
People told us that the staff were well trained and they knew what they were doing. One relative told us the staff received training which was relevant to the needs of their relative.
People told us they had attended meetings and were able to approach the manager about any issues. One relative told us they had attended a meeting about how the home was run and had completed surveys.
