During an inspection in response to concerns

We were able to talk to three people who use the service and they commented that they 'get looked after well', there is a 'good range of activities', 'all staff are good, carers good, treated with respect' and that the home provides 'excellent care'. They also said that 'the food is excellent' and that there 'is enough to eat'. The people we spoke to said that they had been given information they needed about the home, including how to make a complaint.
