During a routine inspection

People told us they felt they were well cared for. They said they felt their carers were well trained and knew how to do their jobs when they visited. They said they had regular carers who were reliable, always turned up on time and they completed their tasks efficiently. People said they knew how to make a complaint and were often asked their opinion of the service they received. They said they found all the staff approachable, helpful and friendly.
