During a routine inspection

People told us that they were treated with respect by staff. They told they were involved in the decisions made about their care. They said they had been involved in the review of their care plan and had agreed to any changes made. They told us that they had no concerns or worries about the care they received. They said that they were kept fully informed and could approach staff if they were worried or concerned.
