During a routine inspection
The agency had eight people receiving support at the time of our inspection. We were able to speak with one person receiving support and representatives of two people using the service. People were satisfied with the service they received. One relative told us, 'Never been happier. They (agency) are very flexible.'
People told us they were treated with respect and that staff maintained their privacy and dignity. One person commented, 'They are always respectful, always pleasant.'
People told us that they received a consistent service and that they were supported by staff who knew them well. One person said, 'Had the same carer for two years, more like a daughter to me.' A relative told us that they always had the same staff but if there was a change the new staff were always introduced to them beforehand. They also told us that staff were always on time.
People commented that the manager of the agency was very approachable and they would not hesitate to raise any concerns them. They were confident
