During a routine inspection

We found that Crossroads Care Forest of Dean and Herefordshire was providing a service which had respected the privacy and dignity of people who used their service. Assessment and reviews conducted by the agency had consulted with people who used the service and recorded how they wished to be supported. People told us:' that staff are brilliant and that they are always reliable ' even in bad weather" and that "staff are polite professional and always on time". There were sufficient skilled and experienced staff to safely meet the needs of people who used the service, and to enable the agency to accept new referrals. The content of induction and subsequent training for staff was of a good standard and which had recently been revised. The standard of quality assurance monitoring had safeguarded people using the service. Consultation is also good and actively seeks the views of people using the service and how it could be improved. In summary, this inspection found that Crossroads Care is providing a good standard of care and support to the people using their services.
