During a routine inspection
A person told us they were confident when being cared for by regular carers. They also told us that they occasionally didn't get positioned very well in bed but this only happened with carers that visited less regularly. They said, 'The staff are all nice.'
A person told us they felt safe, there were enough staff and they were well trained.
A person told us they had met with a person to discuss the service they received a few weeks ago. They also told us they completed a survey once a year.
