During a routine inspection
People indicated that they frequently went out in the home's mini bus and enjoyed trips out to the beach and the local park. They indicated that they were happy with the care they received and that they felt safe. People appeared relaxed and happy in the company of staff. People were positive about staffs knowledge and skills. They indicated that the staff treated them well.
