During a routine inspection
People said that they were happy with their rooms and that they were fully involved in the running of the home.
People were fully involved in making decisions about their care and support options. Each person had a person centred plan that they had been involved in. Plans were individual so they meant more to the person.
People told us or expressed that they were happy living at the home. One person said 'This is the best home I have been in. I have a new job, I love it'.
