During an inspection in response to concerns

People living in the home mostly rely on non verbal communication and were not able to give us feedback about the service. However, we spoke with two relatives in regular contact with people and the staff or manager of the service. They were positive about the care provided to their relatives and thought that people were supported to do the things that they liked doing and gave examples, such as swimming or attending concerts. They said that staff were helpful, respectful and consulted them for their views about, health matters and activities their relatives may or may not enjoy taking part in
