During a routine inspection

Some of the people who live at the home are unable to fully communicate their views due to their illness. People spoken with said that they liked living at the home and enjoyed the food. Relatives spoken with said that their relatives needs were met at the home and that they felt they were well cared for. Comments from a recent survey held by the home said, 'My relative is always clean and looks comfortable' and ' Staff are very caring and helpful'. Most people commented that the quality of care was good/excellent.
