During an inspection in response to concerns
They said that they were very happy living at Jackson House and that they liked and had good relationships with all the staff.
One person said that they 'had always thought of home as the place where they used to live but now they had settled in so well at Jackson House they called it home too'. They told us about the things they do around the house and the activities they did in the community which included leisure activities, education and voluntary work.
