During a routine inspection
People told us that staff respected their privacy and dignity while carrying out personal care.
People said their bedrooms were kept clean but some areas of the bedrooms were not given close attention. One person said sometimes they had to wait longer than desired before the call bell was answered. A few people said they were not happy with the variety of food offered.
Most of the people we spoke with said they liked living at the home and they felt they could raise their concerns to the manager or their care staff.
