During an inspection in response to concerns

People who use the service and their families told us they have confidence in the staffs abilities to do the work and care for them in the way they agreed, with new staff working with an experienced staff member to start with. There is a continuity of the staff who visit individuals, however there can be a problem at weekends when different staff provide care who people may not have seen before. Staff arrive as expected and stay there allotted time. Staff do not rush people giving them time to do what they can for themselves. Staff recruitment is ongoing giving some the impression there is a high staff turn over.
