People we spoke with told us they received care that was appropriate to their needs. One person told us 'I have quite a bit of freedom here.'
People who live at the home told us they were involved in making decisions about their care and treatment. They also said they were kept informed of any changes in their needs. One person told us "I can do things on my own here."
People told us they were happy with the care and support they received. One person told us 'I couldn't have chosen anything nicer'.
People also told us their rooms were always kept clean and had a fresh smell in them.
Staff we spoke with told us they felt supported and had the knowledge and skills to appropriately support people who lived at Salroyd Villa. One staff member said 'It's lovely here'.
