During a routine inspection

When we visited we spoke with all three people living at the home. They all said they were familiar with their care plans and met with their key workers regularly to discuss their needs, progress and other issues. They said they understood what they needed to support their recovery and they felt that staff understood their needs and provided the right amount of care and assistance. We were told that staff were friendly and respectful and that people felt safe living at the home. People said they contributed ideas about how the home should be run and they felt these were followed up. People said they had access to health services locally.

22 September 2011

During an inspection in response to concerns

There were only two residents at the home when we visited. Although we were able to talk to one resident, we are not reporting on what we were told, to protect this person's confidentiality. Overall, we had no concerns about care arising from what we were told.
