During a routine inspection

The people who we spoke to said the staff knew how to do their jobs and felt they were well trained. They said they were pleasant and sensitive to their needs. They said their privacy and dignity was respected and staff responded politely to their requests. They said the food was good and there was plenty of choice. They said there was always activities taking place and they could choose whether they wanted to join in. One person said they could do as they pleased and could do anything that they used to do whilst living in the community.
