During an inspection in response to concerns

Only a few people who lived at the home were available to speak to us because we visited during the late evening and early morining when most were resting in thier rooms. However we were able to speak to three people who said,

'I like to be up early in the morning;'

'I sit here every morning; it's always the same;'

'I'm waiting for breakfast;'
