We spoke to 14 people who used the service, two relatives, one visitor and six members of staff. Some people were unable to share their experiences with us. Those that could spoke highly of the care and service they received, and felt that their care needs were being met. They felt listened to and had a say in how the home is run. ''Staff help us do things and look after us well''. People said they get the help they need as there is generally enough staff on duty. People told us that the staff team are good at their job. 'The majority of staff are very caring and helpful; nothing is too much trouble'.

People considered that their privacy, dignity and independence are respected.

People enjoyed the social activities and outings provided.

People said that the home is kept very clean and free from odours. People liked the garden and various day areas.

During a routine inspection
