During a routine inspection

The majority of comments we heard were positive. Some areas for improvement were suggested. Comments included:

- I get a taxi to the High Street twice a week.

- The staff are great � they have a lot to put up with.

- There�s not much going on, we have a girl now and we did exercises yesterday.

- Not so keen on the food.

- There is always someone on call, they come to you no bother.

- I don�t feel concerned regarding the care here.

- The staff are terrific, I�m in the Hilton, but there�s not enough of them.

- The food is A1, I get enough and I�m getting my weight back up.

- The food is very good.
