During an inspection in response to concerns

We were told by an anonymous person that a member of staff had verbally abused a person living in the home. This person also told us that inappropriate moving and handling practices were used to transfer another person within the home; and that medicines were going missing. This person told us that these issues had been reported to the management of the home, but had not been dealt with.
