During an inspection in response to concerns

During the visit we spoke with seven people living at Bridge View and to two peoples' relatives. People said that they felt safe and well cared for. They said that the staff were very cheerful and knew what support they needed. Two people said they had a care plan and that the content of this had been discussed with them. Three people said that the food was very good and there was always a choice. Two visitors to Bridge View said that they were satisfied with the care and support provided to their relative/friend. They said the staff were always welcoming and helpful. They said they felt able to raise issues or complaints and were satisfied that these would be taken seriously. They said if they had any concerns they could speak to the manager or any of the staff about them. People said that the home was clean and no unpleasant odours were evident. They said they liked their rooms, which were comfortable and well appointed.
