One person said, 'the staff tell me all that I need to know and they ask me if there is anything that I want'. People indicated to us that they were happy with their care/support plans. A visiting relative said, 'I am very happy with the care at Maplin House'. 'I visit regularly and I am kept fully involved; the staff keep me informed of any changes'. 'The home understands my relative's needs and the manager and staff are kind and caring.'

People told us that they liked the food. One person said, 'I get plenty to eat but the one thing I would like to have more often is a piece of cake.'
