During a routine inspection
Another person said, 'It's great, the food is nice, and if there's something I don't like they will cook me something else.'
We spoke with a relative who was visiting the service, they told us, 'The staff are kind, caring, loving even. The manager is marvellous, she has struck up a great trusting relationship with my wife.'
We saw a thank you note from a relative which stated, 'Thank you for the wonderful care you gave to my father during the last few days of his life, I only wish we had got him to you sooner.'
