This means we looked for evidence that the service met people’s needs.
This is the first assessment for this service. This key question has been rated good. This meant people’s needs were met through good organisation and delivery.
Staff responded to people’s needs in a timely and person-centred way and demonstrated flexibility in supporting people to access care and treatment. People who engaged with the service experienced positive outcomes, with the majority successfully completing their care and treatment pathway. Systems were in place to monitor referrals, assessments and discharges to support oversight of the service and ensure people received appropriate support.
