During a routine inspection

People using the service made positive comments about the support they received, such as 'couldn't fault them', 'brilliant', 'can't do enough', 'good at their job', 'helpful' and 'very good'. They said staff were "respectful", "all very pleasant" and 'discrete and sensitive'.

People confirmed they felt safe using the service and told us they were asked their opinion on surveys and by telephone calls. They told us that spot checks were carried out to make sure staff were doing their job correctly.
