During a routine inspection
We spoke with both of the residents, who told us how happy they were with the care provided. We were told 'It's lovely they do everything you need for you, you only have to ask.' And 'I'm very content living here.'
During our inspection we found that people were involved in decisions made about the care they received. Care was planned and delivered in line with their individual needs. People were safeguarded against the risk of abuse, and a complaints procedure was in place.
