During a routine inspection

We observed staff talking to people and asking them about their choices for their suppers. People said their choices and preferences were respected by staff. We found that people's preferences, likes and dislikes were appropriately recorded and detailed in people's records.

People told us they were mostly independent with personal care and staff supported them appropriately to meet their needs where necessary. The people we saw looked well cared for and were appropriately dressed for the weather. They said they were engaged in social and recreational activities according to their choices.
