We spoke with people who used the service and they told us that the staff were respectful and maintained people's dignity. They said that the agency had provided clear details about the staff and services available. They commented that staff were "fabulous, reliable, consistent and always on time."

People also told us that staff were "helpful, supportive and knew what they were doing.'

We did not receive any direct comments about this outcome area. We only visited the agency office to confirm that they had met the compliance action made following the previous inspection which took place on the 17 February 2012.

We spoke with a number of people who either use the service, have family members using the service or stakeholders. Comments from all included:
